To qualify for the European Championships mathematically, Italy would have had to win by at least two goals, but math in football is just a mental exercise. Our girls wanted to win and instead they accomplished a feat in which the group's activity prevailed to the detriment of individualism which often creates more damage than added value. Well done our girls who have been able to combine play, technique, heart and altruism in the game with which they take off the ticket for England.
